We provide IT support, repairs, installations, and consulting services to home and business clients in Alnwick and the surrounding area.

 

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

 

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. All prices include VAT (if applicable).

 

4. Liability

While we take great care in our work, CastleTech IT Solutions is not liable for indirect losses or data loss unless caused by proven negligence.

 

5. Use of Website
